Know God, know peace
~ no God, no peace!!
Hello again from my swing, on my porch drinking my morning coffee.
Ummm, so good!
I am sitting here meditating on how good life is and how peaceful I
am. You know even in the midst of a storm we can have peace…. God’s peace. We should never forget how blessed we are,
blessed in our home, blessed in our workplace, blessed every time we go out and
every time we come in. Everything we put our hand to is blessed!
Yes, God wants us to have a peaceful and successful life. Do you know that the opposite of peace is
worry or anxiety? So when you commit all
of your cares to God and allow Him to direct your steps then you will live in a
peaceful state. But if you continue to
try and figure all things out in your own mind then you will have turmoil and
anxiety ~ no peace. I like the saying ~ Know
God, know peace, no God, no peace.

When we continually think about the problems in our lives we give
in to worry ~ then we begin talking those problems! Know that our character, our actions begin with
our thoughts. Our choices are affected
by the things we dwell on, what we think about.
It is so important to think on those things which bring right
living and God’s peace. Dwell on the Word of God and allow the power of God to
bring peace to you ~ spirit, soul and body. God is so faithful and He supplies everything
we need, always!
Philippians 4:6-8 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and
the peace which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus.”
Peace to you this day!
Blessings & Miracles…Kay
